("Provision"), a subsidiary of Provision Holding /quotes/comstock/11k!pvho (PVHO 0.13, +0.01, +5.04%) , announced today that it has partnered with MAKO Games, LLC ("Mako") to develop proprietary interactive software for Provision's 3D holographic displays (no special glasses required), enabling consumers to directly interact with 3D images floating in the air through touchless gesture recognition.

Provision and Mako have branded the interactive gesture recognition technology "Air Touch," which includes a 3D-camera based gesture recognition and HoloVision software. To maintain its leadership position, the two companies are working together to create a proprietary Software Development Kit, or "SDK," allowing users the ability to develop and deploy 3D content that can utilize and interact with Provision's 3D displays and support client applications using the Air Touch platform.
